Namespace Trailblazer.Heightmaps

Register, select, and sample deterministic fixed-point ground-height layers for one TrailblazerWorldContext. Heightmap services do not discover terrain or perform hidden Navigator probes; hosts own baking, registration, and the point at which a controller applies a sample.
